Mentees are currently in their 3rd Phase of RAMP.
Mentees and mentors are working on Career Projects
Mentees visit workplaces, explore goals, and engage in STEM activities.
Bitty’s and Beau’s Coffee shop, April 5, 2024: Mentees and their parents were able to observe employees during their typical workday and came prepared to ask questions of these professionals. As a group, the mentees engaged in activities such as smelling and guessing coffee beans used in the shop.
Mastercard, April 10, 2024: Mentees and their parents participated in a worksite visit to Master Card in Arlington, Virginia. They discussed employment opportunities and practicing and enhancing their interviewing professionals and skills.

Mentees will complete career projects.
Mentees will visit Sweet Jake Ice Cream: Celebration/STEM activity on May 5th.
Mentees will engage in a virtual Travel Training Presentation

Los aprendices se encuentran actualmente en su tercera fase de RAMP.
Los aprendices y mentores están trabajando en proyectos profesionales.
Los aprendices visitan lugares de trabajo, exploran objetivos y participan en actividades STEM.
