Survey for Passengers with Disabilities on Identifying Accessibility Needs at the Airport

At the recommendation of the US Department of Transportation (DOT) Air Carrier Access Act Advisory Committee, a working group is examining barriers and solutions for passengers with disabilities who need disability-related assistance during air travel which may require them to ask for help, or "self-identify" their needs to a service provider.  A "service provider" may be an airline, an airport, or a contractor that provides accessibility services.  The working group's goal is to help passengers with disabilities let service providers know that the passenger needs help during the travel process.

The purpose of this survey is to identify barriers and solutions that will help with the working group's creation of best practices and guidance.

If you experience accessibility difficulties due to the survey's formatting, an alternative format of this survey can be made available upon request at 202-626-4211.
