Come and learn about the transition of students with disabilities going from High School to college or directly to work; you’ll also learn about the Americans with Disabilities Act ADA, advocacy and useful resources.

This event will be conducted completely in Spanish.

Who: Hispanic families living in Northern Virginia with children receiving special education and are in the process of transitioning from school to adult life.

What: Information and resource conference to assist the transition of school to adult life.
