The passing of Ed Weiss, an ECNV employee, friend, and advocate to the disability community is a great loss for all of us who knew him. Ed was not only a dedicated employee but also a passionate advocate for individuals with disabilities. He worked tirelessly to ensure that their voices were heard and their rights were protected.

Ed's commitment to the disability community was evident in everything he did. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and offer support to those who needed it most. His kindness and compassion touched the lives of many people, both inside and outside of work. He lived life to the fullest. He always had a smile on his face. As we mourn the loss of Ed, we must also celebrate his life and legacy. His dedication to making the world a more inclusive place will continue to inspire us all. We can honor his memory by continuing his work and advocating for those who need our support.
