ECNV Helps Alexandrians Apply for Guaranteed Income Lottery
On November 8, 2022 ENCV staff member Rosalia Fajardo helped seniors and Latino citizens with disabilities to apply to Alexandria's Recurring Income for Success and Equity’s (ARISE) a guaranteed Income Pilot that will address the longstanding national and institutional problem of the racial income gap.

The Virginia Coalition of Latino Organization
On September 22, 2022, The Virginia Coalition of Latino Organization (VACOLAO), a working alliance among organizations to support the interests of and empower Latino communities, hosted the annual lunch with the general consuls from Mexico, El Salvado, Guatemala, Peru, Argentina and Uruguay to strengthen relations with their governments to better serve the nationals that reside in Virginia.
